We manufacture wire forms in a few different ways depending on overall size, shape and wire diameter. The larger parts are produced by jig and fixtures in our secondary department, starting out with wire that has been straightened and cut to the exact length. All parts that can be fitted to the four-slide machine can be tooled up and run at a faster speed and at a lower cost with higher volumes. HN Tool & Die can determine by your design which is the best method of manufacturing and suggest to you the most cost effective way of producing parts.
